Rodean School (SA) Matric Dance Set up

On Saturday 7^th May I hooked up with a long lost school friend from my primary school days. We recently reconnected via Facebook and discovered that our business interests tie in to each other. She called me to ask if I would be willing to do some photo’s for her of the work her company had been commissioned to do for the Roedean School (SA) Matric Dance. Here are a few images from the stunning set up Anita and her team from Classy Candle Hire Decor and Draping did for the Matric Class of 2010. I’ll bet the Matric’s had an evening they’ll remember for years to come it was so pretty and sure made up for the chilly night air in Gauteng.

On Saturday I spent the day doing two things I love simultaneously. I spent the day on the train with Camera in hand. What follows is small representation of the day's fun enjoyed by the crew and passengers a like.

Easter Fun

During the Easter weekend I joined close friends in sharing their family easter tradition of Easter Egg painting followed by a sumptuous breakfast. This year some extra fun was had as Cindy's daughter Roseanne was able to join us painting her own eggs. Roseanne has not yet cottoned on to the idea of what and Easter Egg hunt is but she did take to being allowed to draw on the egg's and stick stickers on herself instead of the egg's.

Lindsey's 65th at Cheerio Gardens

On Sunday 27th March 2011 I got to shoot Lindsey's 65th birthday party. The party was held at the all new Cheerio Gardens venue which is just the most awesome setting for a party. Having woken to a lovely misty morning the sun soon came out to warm the day up. The images that follow are just a few of the special moments of the day and the beautiful Autumn themed tables.
