Moon Eclipse 15 June 2011
Last night I headed out to the Reefsteamers depot to do some Eclipse watching. The night air was crisp with the chills of winter so I wrapped up warmly and set up my camera and tripod for a few hours of eclipse shooting to the sounds of a simmering 15F locomotive which was being steamed up for the youth day run to Magaliesburg. All in all a great evening was spent with friends in the depot.

Chasing Trains
On the 28th of May I decided to lineside Reefsteamers train to and from Magaliesburg to get some new pictures and those late afternoon sun shots we all chase after. The images that follow are a selection of my favourites from the days train chasing.

Rand Airshow 22 May 2011
On Sunday 22 May I made my 2nd attempt at shooting an airshow. I had lots of fun and again have learnt a lot about Airshow photography.
